Better Together is hiring a Senior Peer Support Worker to join our peer-led recovery community organisation.

About the Role:
As a Senior Peer Support Worker, you’ll play an integral role in leading, coordinating, and delivering Better Together’s activities. This includes supporting recovery outcomes, supervising teams and student placements, and contributing strategically to the development and sustainability of our peer-led community organisation.

You’ll:
✅ Foster connection and create safe, empowering spaces.
✅ Uphold co-production and relational recovery principles.
✅ Provide direct support while mentoring team members.
✅ Represent Better Together’s values of mutuality, respect, and empowerment.
✅ Support safeguarding policies and identify pathways for community involvement.
